Three Lady Mustangs Earn All-Conference Honors

            St. Louis, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference announced their all-conference selections at tonight's banquet preceding tomorrow night's AMC Tournament Quarterfinal presented by Tandem HR. Three Lady Mustangs, Rhys Anderson, Caroline Citty, and Olivia Lambrigtsen were the record tying three players that earned all-conference honors.

            Anderson, Citty and Lambrigtsen all earned honorable mention honors and for Citty, it was her second straight honorable mention selection. Anderson was third on the team in scoring this season, averaging 7.4 points per game but led the team in assists per game at 3.6 and ranked fifth in the AMC in that category.

            Citty was second on the team in scoring, averaging 11.8 points per game while grabbing 5.0 rebounds and handing out 2.7 assists per game which ranked 10th in the conference. She also ranked 10th in the AMC in free throw shooting, making 76 percent of her shots at the foul line.

            Lambrigtsen led the team in scoring at 15.0 points and rebounding at 5.8 rebounds per game. She ranked seventh in the conference in scoring, and 10th in rebounding while ranking 13th in the conference in free throw shooting at 74.3 percent.

            The eighth-seeded Lady Mustangs take on top-seed Columbia in tomorrow night's AMC quarterfinal. Tipoff from the Southwell Complex is scheduled for 5:15 p.m.
