Conway, Ark. – Playing for the first time in nine days, Central Baptist College women's basketball hosted the Pioneers of Crowley's Ridge College this afternoon inside A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse. CBC (0-4) trailed at halftime but outscored CRC (4-2) in the second half, dropping the contest 90-79.
Olivia Lambrigtsen led the way in scoring with 22 points and she was joined in double figures by Caroline Citty who had 19. Rhys Anderson paced the Mustangs in rebounds with nine while also handing out a team-high five assists. CBC dominated on the glass, outrebounding CRC 59-38 and Citt also moved into a tie for 10th place all-time in made free throws with 145.
CBC's next contest is on Nov. 30th when they open American Midwest Conference play against Columbia College in Missouri. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. from the Southwell Complex.
