#MustangsWin! CBC Dominates The Glass To Defeat Randall!

            Alexis Augustus and Aminata Seck both had double-doubles on their way to helping CBC to the win. The Lady Mustangs grabbed 63 rebounds in the contest, tied for the second most in a single-game and the first 60+ rebound game since the 2020-21 season opener against Ecclesia.

GAME FLOW

            The Lady Mustangs never trailed, leading 16-2 after one quarter and 33-8 at halftime. CBC and RU tied with 12 points apiece in the third quarter before the Lady Mustangs closed 18-5 in the final quarter to secure their third victory in a row.

GAME NOTES

• Augustus scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for her third double-double of the season and eighth of her career. She now has 691 career points.
• Seck had 11 points and 11 rebounds for her fifth double-double of the season
• Augustus also had three assists in the contest, giving her 102 for her career and making her the 16^th player in program history to reach that milestone
• CBC recorded 63 rebounds, tied for the second most in a game all-time. The other 63 rebound game was in 2015 against Crowley's Ridge while the single-game record is 85 against Baptist Bible in 2015.
• CBC held Randall to just nine made field goals and forced 23 Saint turnovers
