Conway, Ark. - Returning to the pitch for the first time since September 20, Central Baptist College men's soccer hosted the Eutectics of the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis today at Conway Soccer Complex. CBC (1-4-1, 1-0 AMC) scored a goal in each half and beat UHSP (1-11, 0-1 AMC) 2-0.
Clay Glomski scored the first goal of the season for the Mustangs right at the 10 minute mark on a long boot by Jasper Gadellaa to make it 1-0. The score remained 1-0 until the 86th minute when Nigel Agboola was taken down in the penalty area and Jared Nunes converted the penalty kick to bring the score to its final margin. Gadellaa had two saves in net.
