Conway, Ark. – Playing in front of a home crowd at A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse for the first time this season, Central Baptist College volleyball hosted the Lady Lions of Freed-Hardeman tonight. CBC (0-2) dropped the match in straight sets to FHU (5-5), but by scores of 26-28, 24-26, and 23-25.

Brooke Schmitz led in assists with 15 and notched her fifth career double-double with 15 digs. Kailee Walker added 16 digs as well while Lakyn Johnson added 14. The Mustangs hit .151 and had 45 kills, outhitting and finishing more attacks than FHU. Serves made the biggest difference in the match, as the Lady Lions were able to get seven serves to hit the floor untouched while CBC posted just two aces in the match.
