Conway, Ark. – Returning home for the first time in 15 days, Central Baptist College women's soccer hosted the Royals of Ecclesia College this afternoon at Centennial Soccer Park. CBC (3-5-1) got a pair of goals in the first half and one in the second half to pick up a 3-0 win over EC (0-5).
Amanda Parreiras, Samara Hernandez and Isabella Pietrangelo were the goal scorers while Vitoria Loiola, Parreiras and Ashley Hultquist all had assists. Jayme Selph played all 90 minutes in goal and made one save.
MATCH NOTES
- Parreiras' goal, her fifth of the season, came in the ninth minute and ended up being the winner, on an assist from Loiola
- Hernandez's goal came off a free kick by Parreiras and gave her four goals on the season
- Pietrangelo's first of the season came off a beautiful delivery off a set piece from the boot of Hultquist
- CBC has outscored EC 13-0 in their two meetings all-time

The Mustangs have wrapped up their non-conference schedule now and open American Midwest Conference play on Saturday morning. Kickoff from Centennial Park is scheduled for 11 a.m.
