Preview: Mustangs Open Home AMC Schedule Against Missouri Baptist

            Conway, Ark. – Coming off a tough loss to Stephens this past Saturday on the road, Central Baptist College women's soccer plays their first American Midwest Conference match at home tomorrow when they welcome the Spartans of Missouri Baptist to Centennial Soccer Complex. GAME NOTES

  • CBC enters the match 2-8 overall and 1-1 in the AMC
  • MBU has a record of 4-6 overall and 2-0 in the AMC
  • The Mustangs have never beaten the Spartans in seven previous meetings
  • Both meetings last year were decided by one goal: 1-0 in the regular season on Oct. 9 and 2-1 in the AMC Tournament on April 2.
  • This will be the first meeting in Conway since Oct. 5, 2019, which was a 6-0 win for the Spartans
  • Erica Hawkins leads the team in goals scored with six
