Truelove Named AMC Hitter of the Week

            St. Louis, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference named their final players of the week for the 2022-23 regular season and a Central Baptist College softball player was named hitter of the week. Kori Truelove was selected as hitter of the week for the first time in her career and is the third Mustang to earn that recognition this season.

            Truelove was 3-4 in the doubleheader against Crowley's Ridge on Monday with a double and a triple and six RBIs. She was 1-1 with two RBIs in game one and 2-3 with a double and four RBIs in game two. Congratulations to Kori on her recognition!

            Truelove and the Mustangs open the American Midwest Conference tomorrow at noon against Williams Baptist.
