Mustangs Drop Close Dual With Eagles

            Conway, Ark. – Hosting a dual for the first time this season, Central Baptist College wrestling was on the mat for the second time this season at A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse for an American Midwest Conference dual with Williams Baptist. CBC won four matches, but fell by total score to the Eagles, 33-18.

            Alejandro Mas, Christian Richer, Joshua King, Darron Harvey all posted wins for the Mustangs. Mas won by a 5-0 decision at 149 pounds. Christian Richer won by a 10-5 decision at 165 pounds. Joshua King had the lone win by fall, pinning his opponent at the 149 mark in the 174-pound weight class and Darron Harvey won by forfeit at heavyweight.

            The final dual of the season for the Mustangs is on Monday night at Reddin Fieldhouse when they welcome the Eagles of University of the Ozarks. The matches will begin at 7 p.m.
