Harvey Named AMC Wrestler of the Week

            St. Louis, Mo. – For the third time this season, a Central Baptist College wrestler has been named American Midwest Conference Wrestler of the Week. Darron Harvey was selected by vote earlier today after his performance over the weekend.

            Harvey, who wrestles at 285 pounds, had a pair of wins this weekend at the American Midwest Conference/Sooner Athletic Conference Duals in Batesville. In his first match, he defeated Kadence Baker of Texas Wesleyan by fall at the 4:28 mark and then he defeated Grant Baber of Oklahoma City by a 12-6 decision in his second match. Congratulations to Darron on being selected!

            Harvey and the Mustang wrestling team are back in action this weekend in Tennessee at the Cumberland Open.
