Wrestling Adds Five to the Stable For 2022-23

            Conway, Ark. – Central Baptist College wrestling coach Ken Prophete has finalized his recruiting class for the upcoming 2022-23 season. Five recruits will join the wrestling team when the season gets underway in November.

            The five new wrestlers are Darron Harvey, Jr., Isaiah Hendrix, David Corretjer, Caelyn Pettis and Guillermo Ramos. Harvey, a heavyweight, comes to CBC after spending the last couple of years at Arkansas Baptist, where he was teammates with Hendrix, who will wrestle at 141 pounds. Corretjer comes to CBC from West Palm Beach, Fla., and he will wrestle at 125 pounds. Pettis is a native of Searcy and he will also compete at 141 pounds and Ramos comes to CBC from Hialeah, Fla., and will wrestle at 157 pounds. Join us in welcoming these five to the Mustang family!

            The season gets underway on Nov. 5 in Williamsburg, Ky., at the Patriot Open hosted by University of the Cumberlands.
