#MustangsWin! CBC Routs Bacone on Record Day!

            Conway, Ark. – Making up a game that was supposed to be played two weeks ago, Central Baptist College men's soccer hosted the Warriors of Bacone College this afternoon at Centennial Soccer Park. CBC (6-1-1) got six goals in each half and cruised to a 12-0 win over BC (2-4).

            George Caudwell tied a single-match program record for goals on the afternoon with five while Daniel Pinkney also had a hat trick. Callum Bisset contributed with a pair of goals of his own, while two players, Imanol Barragon and Mario Ceballos, both scored the first goals of their career. Pinkney and Daniel Mondragon both had three assists each while Bisset contributed two assists and Caudwell had one. Jasper Gadellaa and Tyler Norris combined for the shutout in goal.

• Caudwell's five goals give him seven on the season and tied him with Sabelo Hlongwane for the most in a match in program history
• The win improved CBC's all-time record against Bacone to 8-0-2
• The Mustangs are now 5-0 when they score at least three goals this season and 85-7-2 all-time
• Pinkney's hat trick was the eighth in program history while Caudwell, who got his after Pinkney, recorded the ninth in program history
• Pinkney and Mondragon became the third and fourth players all-time to record three or more assists in a match, joining Ferdinand Matebu and Miguel Becerra
• 12 goals is tied for the second most in a single-match all-time with two other matches
• CBC has now scored 31 goals in eight matches this season
• The six goals in each half are tied for the third most in a half all-time and that occurred for the ninth and 10^th time in program history
• CBC has now outscored Bacone 28-0 in each of the last two meetings
