Gordon Earns AMC Athlete of the Week Honors

            St. Louis, Mo. – For the first time this season, a Central Baptist College Mustang has been selected by the American Midwest Conference as an athlete of the week. Cameron Gordon of the men's soccer team was selected today after his performance last week.

            Gordon had three goals and a pair of assists last week for a total of eight points. He had a pair of goals and an assist in last Monday's win over Hendrix and then found the net again with another assist in Friday's 3-2 loss to Texas A&M-Texarkana. The goals gave him a team-leading four on the season and he is also second on the team in assists with two on the season.
