Mustangs Finish Third At Battle At Big Creek

Mountain Home, Ark. – Looking to jump up several spots, Central Baptist College men's golf played the final round at the Battle at Big Creek today. CBC shot the second lowest round of the day with a 295 to jump up to third place with a total of 598, 20 shots behind the winners from William Woods.
Individually, Kitsakon Jairak and Jakub Slapal both tied for fifth, with a total score of 148 after Jairak shot a final round 72 and Slapal shot a final round 73. Leopold Maes jumped up 11 spots after closing with a 72 as well, while individual Suraprat Pareepart closed with a 76 to jump up six spots, Emmanuel LaBeur jumped up two spots after shooting a 78, and Paul Gomez jumped up 11 spots after also shooting a 72.
The Mustangs are back on course on April 15 at the Missouri Baptist Spring Invitational.
