Mustangs Lead After Round One At Lyon Spring Invitational

            Melbourne, Ark. – Teeing off for the first time this spring season, Central Baptist College men's golf was at the Cooper's Hawk Golf Club today for the first round of the Lyon Spring Invitational. CBC shot an opening round 302 and leads by six shots over Briar Cliff.

            Individually, Suraprat Pareepart has the lead after one round after shooting an even par 72. Emmanuel LaBeur and Leopold Maes are in a tie for fourth after both shooting 76's while Jakub Slapal shot a 78 and Kitsakon Jairak shot 80. Preston Nestorenko and Paul Gomez, who competed as individuals, shot 79 and 80, respectively.

            CBC will try to hang on to their lead tomorrow when they tee off for the final round beginning at 8 a.m.
