Mustangs In Sixth After One Round At Blue Mountain Spring Classic

West Point, Miss. – Playing away from home for the first time this spring, Central Baptist College men's golf was on course at the Mossy Oak Golf Course today in the first round of the Blue Mountain Spring Classic. CBC would open with a 316 to put them in sixth, 12 shots off the lead.
Individually, Jakub Slapal was the low round for the Mustangs, shooting a first round 77 to put him in a tie for eighth, five shots off the lead. Paul Gomez was a shot behind Slapal in a tie for 13th and Leopold Maes was two shots behind in a tie for 18th. Suraprat Pareepart shot an opening round 82 while Kitaskon Jairak shot an 89.
The Mustangs are back on the course tomorrow for the final round beginning at 9 a.m.
