Slapal Earns AMC Golfer of the Week Honors

            St. Louis, Mo. – For the second week in a row, a Central Baptist College men's golfer has been selected as the American Midwest Conference golfer of the week. Jakub Slapal earned his first career selection this week following Kitsakon Jairak's selection last week.

            Slapal won the Fremont Hills Challenge individually, shooting a three-over-par 145 to win the tournament by one stroke and lead the team to their first tournament win in over two years. It was Slapal's first career win and his third consecutive top five.

            Men's golf has played all of their fall tournaments and their spring schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
