Mayencourt Earns AMC Player of the Week Honors

            St. Louis, Mo. – For the second time this season, a Central Baptist College baseball player has earned American Midwest Conference player of the week honors. Brayden Mayencourt earned the honor this week following Julian Rodriguez's selection two weeks ago.

            Mayencourt had a huge week to help CBC go 3-1 against Mission University. He batted .583 with three doubles, a home run, eight RBIs and four runs scored while extending his hitting streak to eight in a row. He started the series with four RBIs in game one and hit his home run in the 16-2 win in game three while also delivering a pinch-hit RBI single in game two.

            Mayencourt and the Mustangs host Champion Christian at noon tomorrow for a nine inning contest at Majestic Park in Hot Springs.
