Teal Earns AMC Player of the Week

            St. Louis, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference named their baseball weekly awards earlier today and for the fourth straight week, a Central Baptist College Mustangs were amongst the selections. Austin Teal, a senior third baseman from Brinkley, was named the player of the week this week.

            Teal played in four games against Wiley University over the weekend in Texas. He hit .467 with six runs scored, a double, five RBIs and five steals. He had a hit in all four games of the series and walked twice.

            CBC is back at home on Friday for a doubleheader against Mission University. First pitch from Burns Park is scheduled for noon.
