Texarkana, Texas – Playing on a Tuesday afternoon for the first time this season, Central Baptist College baseball took on the Eagles of Texas A&M-Texarkana at Dobson Field. CBC (5-6) couldn't answer runs early and dropped the contest 11-0 to TAMUT (6-6)
CBC only mustered three hits on the afternoon, two from Steven Stewart and one from Gabe Walker. The Mustangs also got three scoreless innings from Landon Hitchcock and a scoreless third of an inning from Justin Raines.
CBC will play this weekend against Southwestern Assemblies of God. The location will be announced tomorrow, but first pitch on Friday is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
